Private inquiry of entry and exit records:

Chinese citizens (including residents of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) can submit a written application to any border inspection station or the entry-exit management department of the public security organs at or above the prefecture (city) level nationwide with their valid entry and exit documents or resident identity cards to inquire about their entry and exit information. The entry and exit record information refers to the information obtained by the entry border inspection authorities in the process of fulfilling their duties in accordance with the law, including the name, gender, date of birth, ID name, ID number, entry and exit time, entry and exit port, and the mode of transportation taken by the personnel who exit or enter from the national open ports.

For citizens who are unable to personally handle the inquiry of entry and exit records in special circumstances, they can entrust others to handle it on their behalf.

Information required for querying entry and exit records:

Complete the "Application Form for Inquiring Entry Exit Records" (provided by Rengang Yongsheng)

The applicant's own entry and exit documents (for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan personnel, the Mainland Travel Permit (Return Card) or Resident Identity Card (original and photocopy)

Original resident ID card of the entrusted party (provided by Rengang Yongsheng)

Original power of attorney signed and confirmed by both the applicant and the principal (provided by Rengang Yongsheng)

Entry and exit proxy inspection period

Up to 5 years of entry and exit records can be checked
