Starting from the application for the fourth commercial vehicle quota, for every 1 million yuan increase in tax payment in the previous year, an additional commercial vehicle quota can be applied (up to a maximum of 15 vehicles)

Note: The tax payment conditions for enterprises in the previous year will no longer distinguish between mountainous and non mountainous areas. Adjustments will be made at the end of each year based on the use of indicators, port capacity, and the average tax payment level of enterprises in Guangdong Province. The adjustment range will not exceed 20%.
